Oven Roasted Turnips

Ingredients

Turnips 1-2
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Soy sauce as required
Wasabi as required

Method

Preheat the oven 190C. Cut the turnips in bitesize wedges.

Put the olive oil into an tray and coat the turnips thoroughly. Lay out in 1 layer.

Put in the oven for 15 minutes.

Transfer to a serving dish with the wasabi flavoured soy sauce on the side.

Tips & Note

●Cut the turnips thickly to retain its texture
●The roasting time will depend on the turnips, so check as you go along. When they're nice and golden, they're ready to eat.
