Ingredients

Tea (Yorkshire Gold) 1 teabag
Water 200ml
Lemonade as required
Ice as required
Your favourite garnish
Lime, lemon zest, mint as required

Method

Soak the teabags in the cold water for at least 3 hours.

Put some ice into a glass and pour in lemonade to fill 2/3.

Pour the cold tea to fill up the remaining 1/3. Garnish with the lime, lemon zest or mint. It's ready.

●For a good tea flavour, use Yorkshire Gold teabags. They're a bit expensive but will give a really good taste.
