Serves 5 Cook: 30 min

Ingredients

Self raising flour 50g
Granulated sugar 20g
Egg 1
Milk 125ml
Butter 10g
Bananas 2
Nutella 1 tsp

Method

1
Let's make the crepe batter. Put the egg and milk into a bowl and stir well. Add the flour and sugar and mix well.
2
If possible, leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3
Nutella is an Italian ingredient, a chocolate flavoured spread normally put on toast or bread. It's very sweet.
4
Put some butter in the frying pan, then add 1/5 amount of batter and swirl until it coats the bottom completely.
5
This will cook very fast, so add your sliced bananas and the Nutella.
6
To make it easier to roll up, put the bananas and Nutella at one end.
7
Roll up from the banana side to the end - your crepe is ready! If you use a 20cm diameter frying pan, you can make 5 crepes.
8
If you like, you can sprinkle icing sugar on the top.

Tips & Note

Nutella will probably be sweeter than you think, so don't use too much.
