Ingredients

Cucumber 1/2
Surimi 8
Mustard 1 tbsp
Mentsuyu (noodle soup) 1 tbsp

Method

1
Chop the cucumber into 3, then into fingers, keeping the skin on.
2
Chop the surimi into half and spread apart.
3
Add the mustard and mentsuyu and mix well. Cover with cling film and microwave (500W) for 2-3 minutes. It's ready!

Tips & Note

When it cools, the flavour will be more deep, so this would be better if you have the time. This works well with any other fishcakes like surimi.
