Fish With A Soy Sauce Yeast In Foil Parcels

Slice of your favourite fish 1
Soy sauce yeast as required
Sesame oil as required

Method

Parrot fish is also delicious with this.

This is soy sauce yeast, you can use this as soy sauce.

This time, I used gurnard.

Put the slice of fish in foil and place the soy sauce yeast and sesame oil along the length of the slice.

Gently seal the foil parcel and put in the oven 200C for 10 minutes.

You could also steam cook it by placing the foil parcel in a frying pan of water.

Tips & Note

This soy sauce yeast goes really well with a less fatty fish.
