Ingredients

Pork loin fillet 1
Branston Pickle 3 tbsp
Cocoa powder 1 tsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
White wine 2 tbsp

Method

1
Remove the excess fat from the pork and rub with a mixture of the pickle and cocoa powder on both sides. Keep marinated for 15 minutes.
2
Remove the pork cleanly from the marinade. Put the vegetable oil in a frying pan and heat up on medium, then fry the pork on both sides for 5 minutes in total.
3
Pour the white wine into the frying pan and burn off the alcohol. Add the marinade and the honey and mix well with the meat.
4
Fry for 3 minutes. It's ready! Transfer the pork onto a serving dish and cover with the sauce.
5
This is Branston Pickle, the Small Chunks variety. It's a well-known pickle in the UK that is often eaten in a sandwich with cheese. It's nice to use it as an ingredient!

Tips & Note

The oil and marinade might splash at Step 2, so take care to cover up.
