Pork Loin with Ginger Preserve

Ingredients

Pork loin fillets 2
Ginger preserve 3 tbsp
Soy sauce 1.5 tbsp
Garlic puree 1 tbsp

Method

This is the ginger preserve I bought from Sainsbury's.

In a bowl, put the soy sauce with the pork loin.

Add the garlic puree and mix together.

Marinate for 1-2 hours.

The preserve contains lots of sugar so wrap the pork in foil to prevent it burning. Cook in a frying pan on medium heat for 3 minutes each side before serving.
