Recipe By: Tobuchan (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/25)
Serves 6-8 Prep: 6 min Cook: 20 min

Ingredients

Doritos Chilli Heatwave 200g (1 pack)
Cheddar cheese (grated) 150-200g
Double cream 250ml
Onion (large) 1
Mushrooms (large) 5
Baby plum tomatoes 10

Method

1
The flavour comes from both the Doritos and the cheddar cheese.
2
Slice the onions about 2 mm thick so that it cooks quickly. Slice the mushrooms 3mm thick. Chop the tomatoes into quarters.
3
On a baking tray, place a third of the crushed Doritos. Top with one third of the onions, mushrooms and tomatoes.
4
Pour one third of the double cream on top. Repeat until all the ingredients are used up.
5
Put into a pre-heated oven 220C and bake for 20 minutes. Eat while it's hot!

Tips & Note

This time, I used mature cheddar cheese, but you can use your favourite cheese. Half mozarella and half cheddar must also be good!
