Trendy Avocado & Crab Meat Starter

I added some chopped boiled egg into my favourite avocado and crabmeat starter and put it in a mould to make an attractive and fashionable dish.

Ingredients

Ripe avocado 1
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Dressed crabmeat 1/2
Ponzu vinegar or lemon juice 1 tsp
Hard boiled egg 1/2

Method

Make a hard boiled egg by boiling for 10 minutes. Remove the shell and chop finely.

Roughly chop the avocado into small pieces and mix with the mayonnaise and press into a mould. Add the ponzu vinegar to the crabmeat flakes and fill on top of the avocado. Top with the chopped boiled egg.

Tips & Note

You can serve in a small dessert glass if you don't have a mould.
