Ingredients

Quinoa 125g
Green beans 250g
Cherry tomatoes 200g
Lemon 1/2
Extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt & pepper a little

Method

Here are the ingredients.

Boil 1 litre of water and cook the quinoa for 15 minutes. Drain well in a colander.

Wash the green beans and cut into 2 or 3 pieces. Boil until softened for about 5 minutes. Cut the cherry tomatoes into half.

Put the cooked quinoa into a bowl and add the lemon juice, salt & pepper and olive oil and mix. Add the green beans and tomatoes. Mix, and it's ready to serve.

Tips & Note

Compared with pasta, quinoa hardly changes its taste or texture whilst cooking, so it's good to take this to a party.
