Tahini 2 tbsp
Noodle stock (mentsuyu), concentrated 50-60ml
Water 50-60ml
Crushed sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Granulated sugar 1 tsp
Ginger (grated) 1 tsp
Miso 1 tsp

Method

You can use Tahini to make dressings or a marinade for vegetables, the list is endless.

Add all the seasonings in a bowl and whisk. If it's too thick, just add a touch of water.
