Noritama Seasoning on Toast

This is a traditional rice seasoning but I tried it on toast - delicious!

Ingredients

Your favourite bread slice 1
Butter 1 tsp
Mayonnaise 1 tsp
Noritama seasoning 2 tsp

Method

Cut your bread into a thick slice.

Spread the bread with the butter and mayonnaise and sprinkle with the noritama seasoning.

Put in a preheated oven 220C for 4 minutes.

If you bake it for 2 minutes, this is also nice. It's a softer finish rather than crispy.
