Spicy Spanish Tomato & Pepper Salsa

Even if the tomatoes you buy are not that ripe, this salsa will still to liven it up and make it taste good.

Ingredients

Ripe tomato (large) 1
Salt & pepper a little
Sugar 1 tsp
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Garlic puree 1/2 tsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Onion 1/4
Red pepper 1/4
Yellow pepper 1/4
Green pepper 1/4

Method

Prepare the peppers and onion into quarters.

Dice them finely to make them easier to eat and to look colourful.

Put all the ingredients from salt & pepper to olive oil in a bowl and mix. Add the diced vegetables from Step 2.

Roughly chop the tomato into wedges.

Add the tomatoes into the bowl and mix well until nicely soaked. Keep in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving.

Tips & Note

Green, yellow, red and white, together with the golden dressing really wakes you up and makes you hungry!
