Crunchy Doritos Gratin

The original recipe uses potato crisps, but I tried it with Doritos tortilla crisps.

Recipe By: KitchenCIB (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/94)
Serves 6-8 Prep: 3 min Cook: 20 min

Ingredients

Doritos cool original 200g (1 packet)
Cheese (grated) 150-200g
Double cream 250ml
Onion (large) 1

Method

1
Here are the ingredients. Doritos are corn crisps. You can use ordinary potato crisps, and your favourite flavour, if you like.
2
Preheat the oven 220C. Finely slice the onions 2-3mm thick.
3
Crush the Doritos and pour 1/3 into an oven tray. Top with 1/3 onions, double cream and cheese. Repeat until all the ingredients are used up.
4
It's ready after 3 layers to put in the oven.
5
Bake for 18-20 minutes. Enjoy while hot!

Tips & Note

●There is so little cooking (apart from slicing the onions!), so layering everything up 3 times is probably the most difficult bit!
