Okra 100g
Cooked rice for 2 people
Red pepper 1/2
Chinese chilli bean sauce 1/2 tsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Mirin 1 tsp
Crushed sesame seeds 1 tsp

Method

Pour boiling hot water onto the okra and finely chop. Deseed the pepper and finely chop.

Mix with the other ingredients and pour onto just cooked hot rice - enjoy!

Tips & Note

●To chop the okra, score them lengthways 4 times before chopping to make it quick and simple.
