Serves 2 Prep: 10 min Cook: 10 min

Ingredients

Pork 150g
Your favourite noodles (egg noodles, etc) for 2 people
Cabbage 100g
Beansprouts 100g
Green pepper 1/2
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Salt & pepper a little
Sauce:
Worcester sauce 4 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Soy sauce (optional) 1 tbsp

Method

1
Cook and drain your favourite noodles. Roughly chop the cabbage. Deseed the pepper, remove the pith and shred finely.
2
Put the oil in a large frying pan and fry the cabbage, pepper and beansprouts on high heat for 2 minutes. Lightly season with salt & pepper and remove to a plate.
3
In the same pan, add a touch more oil and the chopped, seasoned pork (any cut) and fry. Add the noodles and fry. Return the vegetables from Step 2.
4
Pour in the well mixed sauce and combine. Transfer to a serving dish. You can sprinkle with green laver if you have it.
5
The sauce is up to your taste - if you like it sweeter, add more oyster sauce. For a more Japanese flavour, add more soy sauce. If you like it hot, add some Dijon mustard...it's up to you.
