Smoked Haddock and Green Pea Pasta

So quick and delicious - easy haddock pasta with a Japanese twist!

Ingredients

Smoked haddock 250-300g
(undyed, so not yellow)
Garlic 1 clove
Onion 1/2
Leek 1
Green peas 1 cup (100g)
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 2-3 tbsp
Sake 2 tbsp
Spaghetti 250-300g
Nori sheets as required

Method

Slice the smoked haddock to bitesize pieces. Finely chop the garlic, finely slice the onion and roughly chop the leek.

Put lots of water in a large pan and add 1-1.5% salt to boil the spaghetti.

Put the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic. Add the onion as soon as you can smell the garlic.

Season with salt & pepper. When the onion softens, add the smoked haddock, leek, frozen green peas and sake.

When it's all cooked, pour over the soy sauce.

Add the cooked spaghetti into the frying pan and mix well. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with crushed nori on top.

Tips & Note

●Put some yuzu pepper on right at the end for a good kick!
