Cod roe (200g tinned) | 1/3 |
Milk | 50ml |
Creme Fraiche | 1 large tbsp |
Cayenne pepper | 1/2 tsp |
Dashi broth (concentrated) | 1 tbsp |
Anchovy paste | 1 tsp |
Parsley | as you like |
Nori seaweed | as you like |
If you like a stronger sauce, add more dashi broth and cram and less milk. Or, if you prefer a lighter sauce, do it vice versa. Adding milk and creme fraiche dilutes the flavour of the cod roe, so that's why I added the anchovy paste.
