Serves 2 Prep: 5 min Cook: 5 min

Ingredients

Stewed steak tin 1
Onion 1/2
Green pepper 1/2
Tomato 1
Chicken stock cube 1
Red wine 5 tbsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp

Method

1
I used this Princes Stewed Steak.
2
Here are the ingredients. Roughly chop the vegetables to bitesize pieces.
3
Put some oil in a frying pan and fry the onions and green peppers. Sprinkle some salt & pepper.
4
Add the stewed steak, wine, light soy sauce and stock cube. Cook to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
5
When the sauce is reduced, turn off the heat and add the tomato. It will disappear quickly so residual heat is good enough.
6
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy. Don't forget to hide the empty tin...

Tips & Note

Using the tinned steak, your dinner will be ready in 10 minutes. You'll be so admired by your guests.
