Makes 15 Prep: 10 min Cook: 20 min

Ingredients

Puff pastry 1
Egg yolks 2
Banana 2
Chocolate as required
Cinnamon as required

Method

1
Spread out the puff pastry and cut it into 15 rectangles. Tesco's pastry is 390 x 250 mm so it worked well to cut to 130 x 50 mm.
2
Cut the bananas at a slant into 15 5 mm thick slices and place one at the top of each pastry piece. Top with your favourite chocolate!
3
Sprinkle the cinnamon lightly on top and brush the egg yolk on all four edges of each pastry piece with a brush. Fold each in half and secure firmly using a fork.
4
Transfer the pastries onto a baking sheet on an oven tray and brush over with more egg yolk, then bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven 200 ℃.
5
Enjoy while it's hot! This time the chocolate I used was 30 bitesize pieces of Cadbury's "Boost Bites" that contains caramel.
