Ingredients

Pork loin 200g
Cabbage (medium) 1/2
Korean soup stock (dashida) 1 tsp
Miso 1 tbsp
Sugar 1-2 tsp
Mirin 1 tbsp
Sake 1 tbsp

Method

Fry the thinly sliced pork and roughly chopped cabbage together in a large frying pan. You won't need any oil and you can save cooking time if you put the lid on.

Mix all the other seasoning ingredients together in a bowl.

When the meat is cooked through, add the seasonings and stir fry well.
