Instant Coffee Meat Sauce!

I copied this recipe I saw an ad for whilst walking past Sainsbury's, it said to add instant coffee to a meat sauce, so I tried it...and it works!

Ingredients

Pasta for 1
Meat sauce (ready) for 1
Instant coffee 1/4 tsp
Cheese (optional) if you like

Method

Cook the pasta. Microwave the frozen ready shop bought meat sauce.

When the sauce has defrosted and heated up to hot, add the coffee and mix well, it's ready.

Pour over cooked pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese if you like.

Tips & Note

The coffee really adds depth and flavour to the meat sauce, it's really delicious!
