Endives (chicory) 1
Sliced almonds a little
Rocket a little
Capers a little
Olive oil a little

Slice the mojama into 1-2mm thick.

Dry roast the sliced almonds.

Put the mojama and rocket onto an endive leaf, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with the almonds and capers - enjoy!
