Cook: 5 min
Ingredients
Your favorite apple
1
Method
1
Cut the apple in half but to one side of the apple core, so that it's not included.Lay the clean apple half flat and cut across about 2/5 of the way along and about 1/5 from the opposite side.
2
Use the centre section only. Cut into 1mm slices with a sharp knife.
3
Stand the slices upright and stick a toothpick right through to the bottom slightly to one side off-centre. Make sure it pierces each slice comfortably.
4
Now twist round a slice at a time to create a lovely spiral or windmill effect. For extra effect, why not stick a blueberry on top!
5
If you're feeling really adventurous (and have a bit of time), try alternating green and red apple slices, like this. It's fun!

I made Singapore Fried Noodles using Udon noodles...wow, it was tasty!
Udon noodles, Cooked prawns, Chicken breast fillet, Salt & pepper, Bok choy bunch, Green beans, Egg, Onion, Vegetable oil, Curry powder, Chicken stock granules, Soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Red chilli
Adding a touch of lemon juice to the liquid from boiled red cabbage will make it more red than blue. Adding the boiled egg in now will give a lovely purple shade!
Asparagus. The earth is wonderful because such a delicious food grows here. But even if you want to make something with asparagus, recipes are limited. Asparagus goes great with pasta. It is surprisingly delicious.
Aubergine (eggplant) and miso are a match made in heaven. Cooking thick sliced of aubergine is a bit of hassle, but with a microwave, it's done in 3 minutes. All that's left is to stir fly it with the miso sauce.

The only effort required is shredding the cabbage. Once you've cleared that, all you have to do is add the sauce and mix well into the cabbage. The result is amazingly delicious.
