Ingredients

Komatsuna spinach 100g
Small tinned tuna (in brine) 1
Chestnuts mushrooms 6-7
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Ginger (grated) 1.5 tsp
Sake (white wine) 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 tsp

Method

This is komatsuna (Japanese spinach), sold at Lidl. It's about 10cm high, tiny and cute.

Divide the komatsuna into stems and leaves. Drain the brine from the tuna and slice the mushrooms. Mix the soy sauce, ginger and sake to make a sauce.

Put the vegetable oil in a frying pan and heat on high. Stir fry the stem parts of the komatsuna for 1 minute, then add the mushrooms.

When the mushrooms have softened, add the komatsuna leaves, the flaked tuna, and the sauce from Step 2. Fry for 2 minutes to finish off.
