Ingredients

Cooked rice for 1
Tinned tuna (small) 1
Mayonnaise 1.5 tbsp
Dashi stock granules a pinch
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

I used tuna in oil and drained it well. Put the tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil and dashi stock into the cooked rice and mix well.
2
Add the finely chopped and pat dried spring onions and mix. Adjust for seasoning with the salt and mix well.
3
Place some cling film in a bowl and take a third of the mixture from Step 2. Wrap up and shape as you like.
4
You can enjoy it as it is...
5
Or served in nori sheet...
6
Or try with salmon instead of tuna, see the recipe here.

Tips & Note

You can use tuna in brine or oil, you just need to drain it well before mixing with the rice.
