Use up leftovers in the fridge - this made a wonderful on-the-spot dish!

Recipe By: Iggy_Joester (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/46)
Serves 2 Prep: 5 min Cook: 15 min

Ingredients

Pointed cabbage 1/4
Carrot (medium) 1
Chipolata sausages 8-10
Eggs 2
Chicken stock granules 2 tsp
Salt & pepper a pinch each
Mirin 1 tbsp
Sake 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Water 3 tbsp
Sesame seeds as you like

Method

1
Beat the two eggs and add a pinch of salt. Fry in a pan to make scrambled eggs. Remove to a plate.
2
Finely slice the cabbage, carrot and chop the chipolatas.
3
Put some more oil in the frying pan and add the carrots, then the cabbage and chipolatas and fry. Add the seasonings and the water.
4
Cook for 3-4 minutes to reduce the moisture. Return the scrambled egg to the pan and mix well. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with the sesame seeds before serving.

Tips & Note

●You could use tinned tuna instead of chipolatas, that's also quite tasty.
