Mozzarella & Anchovy Pizza Pastries

It can't be easier - just put the ingredients on pastry and bake it for a crunchy pizza!

Ingredients

Puff pastry sheet 1
Mozzarella cheese 2
Anchovy fillets 5-6
Cherry tomatoes 2
Egg yolk 1

Method

Finely chop the cheese and anchovies. Chop the cherry tomatoes.

Put a baking sheet on an oven tray. Cut the pastry into 16 squares and put on the oven tray. Prick with a fork and brush with the beaten egg yolk.

Put a spoonful of Step 1 onto each pastry square. Put the tray in a preheated oven 200C for 20 minutes.

The cheese will melt and spread, so cut the squares and serve.

Tips & Note

●One mozzarella ball is not enough and two is plenty so use as you like it
●It will be a bit salty of you use too much anchovy, so use sparingly
●Cherry tomatoes are not essential, but it looks nice and colourful with it
