Chicory leaves 4
Cut fruits 4 tbsp
Yogurt curd 4 tbsp
Honey 4 tsp

Method

Use Greek yogurt or pressed plain yogurt to get curds:

Put the yogurt in 3-4 layers kitchen paper and put a weight on it for 3 hours to press out the whey.

Scoop 1 tbsp yogurt from Step 2 onto each chicory leaf.

Lay the cut fruits onto the yogurt and drizzle over with honey.

Tips & Note

●Use your favourite fruits
●You can use ordinary yogurt but it's a bit messier when runny
