Azuki bean paste 60g
White chocolate 1 bar
Crackers 26

Method

Melt the white chocolate in a bain marie.

Put the azuki bean paste into a small pan and warm it. Add to the melted white chocolate and stir gently.

Sandwich this mix between 2 crackers (salty ones like Ritz) and keep in a cool place until firm.

Tips & Note

Just before the chocolate melts, warm up the azuki bean paste and mix both together while they're warm. Ensure you mix them very gently.
