Cabbage and Corned Beef Tempura

Ingredients

Pointed cabbage 1
Corned beef 150g
Black pepper a little
Tempura flour 50g
Water 80ml
Vegetable oil for frying as required

Method

Roughly chop the cabbage, add a little salt and rub in.

Put the cabbage into a bowl, add the corned beef and black pepper. Mix through thoroughly by hand.

Make into meatball shapes.

Mix the tempura flour with the water. Run the meatballs through this batter and deep fry in the hot oil (160-170C).

Squeeze with lemon juice and eat while hot.

Tips & Note

●The corned beef has enough fat, so you don't need any other binding agent.
