Cabbage & Chicken Wing Italian Stew

Super easy but great for entertaining.

Ingredients

Green cabbage 1
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 clove
Chicken wings 1 pack (4)
White wine 4 tbsp
Tomato (medium) 4
Olives 12
Bay leaves 2
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper a little

Method

Chop the cabbage and tomatoes into quarters. Cut the chicken wings at the bone and discard the end pieces.

Put the oil into a deep pan and heat on low. Add the smashed garlic.

When you can smell the garlic, add the chicken wings and turn up the heat to medium. Fry for 5 minutes until nicely browned.

Remove and keep aside. Put the cabbage and tomatoes into the pan and pour in the wine.

Add all the other ingredients and bring to the boil then turn down low and steam cook with the lid on for 15 minutes. It's ready.
