Smoked Mackerel, Chicory & Pear Salad

I tried to copy the salad I had in a Michelin starred London restaurant.

Recipe By: midnight kitchen (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/111)
Serves 2 Cook: 10 min

Ingredients

Smoked mackerel fillet 1
Chicory 1
Ripe pear 1/4
Fat free yogurt 2 heaped tbsp
Horseradish 2 tsp
Wholegrain mustard 1 tsp
Dill as you like

Method

1
This is the smoked mackerel I bought from Tesco. I used only 1 fillet for 2 people.
2
Remove the skin and flake the fish. It's a bit fatty so you can remove this if you don't like it.
3
Put the yogurt, horseradish and mustard in a separate bowl and mix well. Adjust the proportions to your taste.
4
Add the dressing from Step 3 onto the mackerel and mix together. Cut the chicory into bitesize pieces and finely chop the pear. Add and mix well.
5
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with the dill.
