Creamy Brown Sugar Porridge

It's a simple recipe from Jamie Oliver - but I used soft brown sugar. You just mix with milk and porridge!

Porridge oats 1 mug
Water 3 mugs
Salt a pinch
Brown sugar 1 tsp

If you like making porridge from scratch, just simmer for 30 minutes. Use instant microwaveable porridge if you don't have the time.

Put the water and porridge in a pan on medium heat for 30 minutes and keep stirring with the handle end of a wooden spoon. Add the pinch of salt right at the end.
3
Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with the brown sugar while hot. After 1 minute, pour over the milk - it's ready!
