Chinese Style Polish Pork Belly!

You can easily find Polish sausages in the supermarket, so use these for daily cooking, they're really tasty!

Recipe By: Tobuchan (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/25)
Serves 2 Cook: 10 min

Ingredients

Smoked pork belly 100g
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
White wine 3 tbsp
Ginger preserve 2 tbsp
Horseradish sauce as you like

Method

1
This is the Morliny pork belly I used. You can eat this as it is.
2
Cut the pork belly into 8 slices 2mm thick. Remove the hard skin.
3
Put the soy sauce, wine, and ginger preserve in a pan and bring to the boil.
4
Turn the heat off and leave for 1 minute. Add the sliced pork belly and mix well.
5
Keep on residual heat for 5 minutes before transferring to a serving dish. Enjoy with the horseradish sauce (mustard is also OK but horseradish works better).

Tips & Note

●Because the pork is already smoked and cooked, you can enjoy it as it is. It's a bit fatty however, so it's more delicious if heated but don't heat too much otherwise the fat will dissolve and ruin it.
