Squid and Sugar Snap Peas Salad in Tahini Sauce

It's really easy to make using Tahini.

Ingredients

Sugar snap peas 1/2 pack (100g)
Squid 150-200g
Tahini 3 tbsp
Light soy sauce 2 tbsp
Maple syrup 2 tbsp

Method

Boil the peas for 2 minutes.

Add the sliced squid and boil again for 1.5 minutes.

Drain and allow to cool.

Mix all the sauce ingredients and pour over the squid and beans. Mix and serve.
