Potato (such as King Edward) | 500g |
Flour | 4 tbsp |
Vegetable oil | as required |
Minced pork | 400g |
Black pepper | 1/2 tsp |
Sage | 2/3 tsp |
Thyme | 1/2 tsp |
Salt | 3/4 tsp |
●Any potato is fine but use medium size to get smaller strips otherwise they will be too long to handle properly when covering the pork balls.
●Step 4 works as a glue between the meat and the potato.
