Crepe Millefeuille with Nutella

It takes a bit of time to make many pancakes, but it's worth it.

Recipe By: Tobuchan (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/25)
Serves 6-8 Cook: 30 min

Ingredients

Self raising flour 100g
Granulated sugar 20g
Eggs 2
Milk 250ml
Melted butter 20g
Vanilla extract 5 drops
Nutella (to spread) as you like

Method

1
Prepare 2 bowls - in one, put the flour and sugar, and in the other, the eggs and milk.
2
Mix both separately. Put together into one bowl and add the butter. Mix thoroughly with a hand blender.
3
Now make the crepes (pancakes). If your pan is 20cm diameter, you could probably make 10 very thin pancakes.
4
Once cooked on both sides, put it aside and spread with Nutella while you make the next one.
5
Repeat with each pancake, and make a pile. Now it's ready to eat. If you eat with vanilla ice cream, it will be even better!
6
Nutella is very sweet, so spread it very thinly, for example, about 1.5 tsp per pancake.

Tips & Note

Even using 10 pancakes, it only goes to about 1.2 cm high. If you want it higher, you can use a smaller frying pan, but this means you'll need to make more pancakes!
