Serves 2 Cook: 5 min

Ingredients

Egg 1
Noodle broth (mentsuyu) as required

Method

1
Make a half boiled egg (hot water for 4 minutes) then transfer to cold water.
2
Peel the egg and put into a deep tumbler. Add the concentrated noodle broth to just cover.
3
Keep in the fridge overnight, it will look like this.
4
Cut into half and place on top of ramen noodle soup.

Tips & Note

I used a 3x concentrate of noodle broth. This made it a bit dark so add a bit of water to make it just right.
