Minced Pork, Egg & Green Beans 3 Colour Stir Fry

Ingredients

Minced pork 150-200g
Green beans 20
Egg 1
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
White wine 3 tbsp
Mirin 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Chicken stock granules 1 tbsp
Miso (red) 1 tsp
Salt & pepper as required

Method

Add a pinch of salt to the beaten egg and make a scrambled egg in a frying pan with some oil. Remove to a plate.

In the same pan, add some more oil and fry the minced pork. When it's cooked through, add all the seasoning ingredients from soy sauce to salt & pepper and fry further.

Reduce the liquid so the pork separates then add the green beans cut into 3 each and fry further.

Return the scrambled egg to the pan and mix in before transferring to a serving dish.
