Banana Crumble

Super simple, it's apple crumble but with bananas!

Recipe By: Mizue (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/32)
Serves 4 Prep: 15 min Cook: 30 min

Ingredients

Bananas 4
Cinnamon powder a little
【Crumble】
Flour 80g
Light brown sugar 60g
Unsalted butter 40g
Ice cream (optional) as required

Method

1
Preheat the oven 180C.
2
Put all the crumble ingredients in a bowl. Make sure the butter is cold and diced. You don't need to sift the flour.
3
Rub the ingredients together to look like breadcrumbs. When you can't feel any lumps of butter, the crumble is ready.
4
Place the peeled bananas in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with the cinnamon powder. Sprinkle over the crumble mix evenly.
5
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes (the banana will be cooked and the crumble will be slightly browned). It's ready to serve.
6
Enjoy with ice cream on the side, if you like.

Tips & Note

●Remember the crumble ratio of 4:3:2 for flour: sugar: butter - this is very useful.
