Cooked rice | 120g |
Red pepper | 30g |
Cucumber | 30g |
Lemon juice | 1 tsp |

Fish sauce | 1 tbsp |
Sweet chilli sauce | 1 tsp |
Ginger (grated) | 1tsp |
Garlic (grated) | 5g |
Coriander leaves (chopped) | 1 tbsp |
Sesame oil | 1 tsp |
Sake | 1 tsp |
If any giblets are in the quail, remove and wash thoroughly and pat dry.
You can add more chilli sauce if you like it hotter.
Keep your eyes on the quail when it's roasting, it's quick to burn.
