Ingredients

Egg fried rice (Sainsbury 75p) 1
Egg 1
Spring onions 2
Frankfurters 2
Salt & pepper 2 pinches each
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 tsp

Method

Roughly chop the frankfurters and spring onions. Beat the egg well.

Turn the heat on high and add the oil to a frying pan. When it's hot, add the beaten egg. Not long to go now!

Wait just 20 seconds then add the pack of egg fried rice.

Add the frankfurters, spring onions, salt and pepper, then mix well.

Stir fry for 2 minutes. Pour the soy sauce around the edge of the pan and fry for just one minute. That's it, it's done! Now, sit, relax and enjoy!!
