Fried Grape Croquettes

Ingredients

Grapes 6
Ham 3 large slices
Cream cheese 6 tsp
Cornflakes a handful

Method

Put the cornflakes (or your favourite cereal - I used 'Bran Flakes') in a plastic bag and crush finely with a rolling pin.

Wrap a grape in half of a ham slice, and roll it slightly on the palm of your hand into a ball.

Spread Step 2 with chilled cream cheese (I used "Philadelphia" this time).

Now roll Step 3 in Step 1. Enjoy with cress, peashoots, or cherry tomatoes.
