Pear Carpaccio

Delicious and refreshing with apple dressing!

Ingredients

Pear 1
Smoked salmon trimmings 20g
Bramley apple 1/4
Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
Extra virgin olive oil a little
Herbs (for garnish) a little
Black pepper as you like

Method

Cut the pear in half, remove the core, peel off the skin, slice thinly vertically, and lay in a dish.

Place smoked salmon attractively onto Step 1. Put the grated apple and lemon juice in a separate bowl, mix and place onto Step 2.

Garnish with the herbs (I used thyme) on top and drizzle with the extra virgin olive oil - it's ready.

Adjust to taste with salt & pepper.

Tips & Note

●You can use ham instead of smoked salmon
●Besides thyme, other herbs for garnish are parsley and dill
