Ingredients

Yam 5cm
Wakame seaweed a handful
Vinegar (in water) 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp

Method

Cut the 5cm length of yam into 7mm width slices and drop into the vinegared water. Wrap the yam slices with wakame seaweed.

Mix together the vinegar and sugar and sprinkle it on alternate yam slices. It's ready.

Tips & Note

Use long wakame not finely chopped. It's better to re-hydrate the salted wakame rather than dried wakame.
