Gyoza Burger

I love gyoza dumpling and I love burgers...why not try them together?!

Recipe By: Tobuchan (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/25)
Serves 1 Cook: 15 min

Ingredients

Gyoza dumplings (frozen) 4
Tomato slice 1
Lettuce leaf 1
Bread roll 1
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Sweet chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp

Method

1
Put the vegetable oil and sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the frozen gyoza and a thick slice of tomato on high heat.
2
Stick the gyoza together. Fry the tomato on both sides then remove to a plate.
3
Put 3 tbsp water in the frying pan and put the lid on. Steam fry the gyoza for 5 minutes on medium heat. In the meantime, cut the bread roll in half and warm slightly.
4
When the dumplings are cooked, place a lettuce leaf on the bread roll, then the tomato then the gyoza dumplings.
5
Drizzle over with the mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce. Cover with the top of the bread roll and enjoy - I certainly did!

Tips & Note

I would recommend to serve on a plate and with a napkin, as the juices from the dumplings and tomato will definitely run down your chin!
