Chinese chilli bean sauce (Tobanjan) 2 tbsp
Noodle stock (mentsuyu), concentrated 50-60ml
Water 50-60ml
Granulated sugar 1 tbsp
Miso 1 tbsp

Method

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk - it's ready!

The noodle stock has different variations (standard, 2x and 3x concentrated), so adjust accordingly with water.
