Baguette slices as required
Mackerel pate 1
Pepper as required
Cherry tomatoes as required
Parsley as required

Method

This is the mackerel pate I bought from Sainsbury's.

Spread the pate onto the baguette slices 1cm thick and sprinkle with lots of pepper.

Scatter the finely chopped cherry tomatoes and parsley on top to make it colourful and tasty.

Tips & Note

●You often find salmon or sardine pate but I've not seen the mackerel one before so I tried it in this recipe
