Ingredients

Tahini 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Honey 1/2 tbsp
Salt & pepper a pinch each

Method

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well - it's ready! Add 1 tsp - 1 tbsp water to make it thinner if you prefer.
